Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of lawn care professionals to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard

Schedule and organize tasks to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively

Maintain and operate all equipment and ensure that it is in good working condition

Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that team members are trained in safe working practices

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide high-quality customer service

Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance and ensure that they are meeting performance goals

Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, inventory management, and equipment maintenance records

Ensure that all work is completed within the established budget and timeline

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading a team of lawn care professionals

Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment

Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment

Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
