Position Overview
Sustain Lawn and Landscape is hiring a Lawn Care Crew Leader to oversee mowing crews and manage daily lawn maintenance routes.
The Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring service routes are completed efficiently while maintaining company quality standards and supporting crew productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise lawn care crews on daily service routes
Perform and oversee mowing trimming edging and property maintenance
Ensure service quality standards are met on each property
Train and support crew members
Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment
Coordinate route completion and productivity
Maintain safe and organized job sites
Communicate with management regarding scheduling or service needs
Required Qualifications
Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience
Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred
Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment
Strong reliability and attendance
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Valid drivers license
Experience managing mowing routes or crews
Strong leadership and communication skills
Benefits
