Role Description

We are hiring motivated Lawn Care Crew Members to perform essential lawn care tasks across residential and commercial properties. This hands-on position offers steady work with room to grow, including seasonal lawn maintenance and snow removal during winter (weather dependent). The position is a 1099 contract role with the potential for future W2 employment. Plus, we offer a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days to reward your commitment.

Responsibilities

Mow, trim, and edge lawns with professional equipment

Clean up debris and maintain neat property appearance

Assist with seasonal projects such as mulching and leaf removal

Operate and maintain lawn care tools safely and efficiently

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Communicate professionally with team and clients

Qualifications

Previous lawn care experience preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Willingness to work weekends or evenings if needed
