Position Summary
Sustain Lawn & Landscape is seeking dependable Lawn Care Crew Members to join our growing team. This position focuses on maintaining residential and commercial properties through mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal property services.
Crew Members work alongside experienced team leaders to complete daily routes safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of appearance and customer satisfaction.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for stable, long-term employment with advancement potential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging services
Maintain clean and professional property appearance
Assist with seasonal clean-ups and property maintenance
Operate commercial lawn care equipment safely
Load and unload equipment and materials
Follow daily routes and crew leadership direction
Maintain job site safety and organization
Support snow removal operations during winter months as needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to perform physically active job duties
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience
Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
Valid driver’s license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Outdoor work performed in changing weather conditions
Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and standing
Ability to lift and move materials and equipment regularly
Use of landscaping tools and powered equipment
Schedule
Full-time hours
Monday–Friday typical work schedule
Seasonal overtime opportunities available
