Position Summary
Sustain Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dependable Lawn Care Foreman / Crew Lead to oversee daily lawn maintenance operations and lead field crews across residential and commercial service routes.
This position is responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to company standards while managing crew productivity, equipment use, and route completion. The ideal candidate has prior lawn care experience and is comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced outdoor work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise lawn care crews on daily service routes
Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
Ensure quality standards are consistently met
Train and support crew members
Manage daily route efficiency and completion timelines
Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment
Conduct equipment checks and basic maintenance
Maintain safe and organized job sites
Communicate with management regarding scheduling or property needs
Required Qualifications
Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience
Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Ability to operate commercial mowing and landscaping equipment
Strong reliability and attendance record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver’s license
Experience managing service routes or crews
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience training new team members
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Outdoor work performed in changing weather conditions
Frequent walking, standing, lifting, and bending
Ability to lift equipment and materials regularly
Operation of powered commercial lawn equipment
Schedule
Full-time position
Monday–Friday typical schedule
Seasonal overtime opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits
$18.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience
