    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Lawn Care Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Service role. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on lawn care applications and operations management with customer-facing sales and service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in the field, can build strong customer relationships, and is motivated to help grow the business. While hands on applications will be required, the long-term goal is growth and developing a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Represent the company at local trade shows, community events, or networking opportunities to drive brand awareness

    Perform lawn care applications (fertilization, weed control, aeration, seeding, etc.) with accuracy and professionalism

    Evaluate and manage customer properties to ensure top-tier results and recommend solutions as needed

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through responsive communication and exceptional service

    Identify upsell opportunities and provide recommendations that align with customers' needs and lawn goals

    Conduct in-person and phone consultations with prospective customers, create service plans, and close sales

    Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and support seasonal marketing campaigns

    Maintain accurate records of services, leads, and customer interactions

    What We're Looking For:

    A go-getter mentality with strong initiative and a focus on results

    Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or green industry services (preferred but not required)

    Sales experience or the ability to confidently present and communicate value to customers

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

    A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    The ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

    NC pesticide license or willingness to obtain one (training available)

    Compensation: Competitive; based on previous experience. Spiffs and Bonuses are available as well, based on performance.
