Key Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using professional-grade ride-on and spray equipment
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Promote and upsell additional services in the field
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Maintain quality and productivity standards
Note: This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate equipment safely
Willingness to learn and take feedback
At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Applicants with a South Carolina driver’s license are preferred to bring their driving record. • Applicants with an out-of-state license must provide their driving record at the time of the scheduled interview.
Must pass a background check and drug test
