About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Spring-Green Lawn Care of Pasco, WA, as a Lawn Care Spray Technician! This exciting position offers you the chance to work outdoors, providing top-notch lawn care services while making a difference in our community.
Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to residential and commercial lawns.
Conduct thorough inspections of lawns to assess health and treatment needs.
Maintain and operate spray equipment safely and efficiently.
Educate customers on lawn care best practices and treatment plans.
Document services performed and maintain accurate records of applications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction.
Assist with other lawn care services as needed and directed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
State pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of lawn care products and techniques is a plus.
