About Us Lawn Doctor of Desoto County is a locally owned and operated franchise serving Desoto County, & other surrounding areas in North Mississippi for 24 Years. As the region’s leading lawn care provider, we specialize in lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using Motorized Push Spreaders or Walk Behind equipment
Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasks Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the field Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experience Maintain high productivity and quality service standards
Note: This position does not involve mowing or landscaping duties.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery Willingness to learn and take feedback Must be at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license with clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work
