Key Responsibilities:
Provide top quality exterior lawn care applications in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform shop/equipment work as needed.
Offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.
Proactively communicate with customers to address their needs and enhance their experience.
Collaborate with leadership to promote continual growth and improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess integrity, self-awareness, humility, compassion, and resilience.
Strong work ethic
Enjoy working outdoors
Valid driver's license, clean driving record
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate machinery and lift 50+ pounds
Ability to meet production goals
Pass a drug test and background check
Compensation:
Hourly Pay: $20-$22/hour depending on experience IRA with employer match
