Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

Lawn Doctor has openings for 2026 for experienced or unexperienced lawn care technicians who take care of yards through fertilization and weed control on state-of-the-art equipment. We are looking for someone who is resourceful, hard-working and mechanically inclined to work approximately 7:30-4 Monday through Friday and overtime as needed. We are looking for an energetic person who is willing to work hard and be a part of a great team.

In addition, technicians will learn how to aerate and power seeding services for lawns. Our typical season is from late February through early December. You may also do insect control and tree and shrub fertilization and pest control. We do mower maintenance in the winter as well.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is highly desirable. He or she must have:

Good written and verbal communication skills

Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Ability to operate machinery

Ability to meet production goals

Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds

Pass a drug test and background check

Clean Driving record needed
