Lawn Care Technician
Are you passionate about maintaining beautiful lawns and landscapes? Join our team at Lawn Doctor as a full-time Lawn Care Technician! As a customer-facing brand ambassador, you’ll play a crucial role in providing high-quality lawn care services.
What You'll do:
Lawn Treatments: Apply professional products to lawns.
Shop Work: Perform necessary tasks in our shop, loading, preparing, organizing.
Sales: Neighborhood marketing, attend marketing/sales promotions and events
Customer Service: Offer new services to customers and prospects while in the field and represent Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and pride.
What We're looking For:
Work Ethic: We value dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic (this matter most). Interest in turf health, soil science or plant biology.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required - over 21 is a requirement
Physical Ability: You should be able to lift over 40 pounds and work outdoors year-round
Background Check: Pass a drug test and background check.
Experience: Monday-Friday schedule (occasional weekends). Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms. Lawn care or Landscaping experience is a plus - we provide hands-on, on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
