Procare Property Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable professional with 5 or more years of hands-on experience in the lawn care and pest control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely and effectively to residential and commercial lawns

Perform perimeter pest control treatments

Maintain flowerbeds, including weeding and detailing

Conduct mosquito control applications

Provide tree and shrub health care, including inspections and treatments

Perform core aeration and overseeding services

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in lawn care and pest management

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

PA pesticide license preferred

Strong understanding of turfgrass, pests, and seasonal treatment cycles

Ability to work independently with attention to detail

Professional, courteous, and dependable

Schedule:

Part-time hours, flexible scheduling available

Potential for additional hours during peak seasons
