Lawn Care Technician – Year-Round

Commercial Lawn Care Inc. is hiring dependable Lawn Care Technicians to join our team in North Kansas City, Missouri. This is a year-round opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in doing quality work, and can be counted on to arrive ready to work each day.

Previous lawn care experience is helpful, but we are also open to reliable candidates who are comfortable working with commercial lawn equipment and willing to learn.

Pay and Schedule

$22–$25 per hour

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Paid overtime for hours worked over 40

Year-round employment

What You’ll Do

Operate commercial lawn care equipment, including string trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and similar tools

Perform routine lawn maintenance and property cleanup

Trim and maintain grass, shrubs, hedges, and landscaped areas

Load, unload, and care for equipment and supplies

Follow established safety procedures while operating tools and equipment

Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Maintain dependable and punctual attendance

Work effectively with crew members to complete assigned properties efficiently

What We’re Looking For

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Authorization to work in the United States

Dependable transportation and consistent attendance

Willingness and ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

Comfort operating commercial lawn care equipment

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus
