Join Our Team – Lawn Care & Pest Control Technician Location: Cresson, TX – Full-Time, On-Site

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our 21-year established and growing lawn care company. We proudly serve a wide range of residential and commercial customers across Hood, Somervell, Erath, Parker, Tarrant, and Johnson counties.

This is not a mowing crew position—we specialize in lawn care services, which involve more technical and customer-focused work.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

Servicing lawns along a designated route

Operating independently in a company vehicle

Interacting professionally with customers and providing top-tier service

Applying lawn treatments and using small machinery as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Valid Texas driver’s license with no restrictions

Clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work

Willingness and enthusiasm to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Ability to operate small machinery and tools safely and effectively

Physically capable of lifting over 50 pounds regularly

Must be able to pass both a drug test and a background check
