About the Role:

Join the Lawn Maintenance Crew at Master Outdoor Solutions, where your passion for landscaping meets a rewarding career! As a vital part of our team, you'll help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, and edging.

Assist in landscape / Irrigation installations.

Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Ensure job sites are clean and organized after each service.

Communicate with clients to address their landscaping needs and preferences.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred, but not required. (We will train)

Knowledge of turf management and horticulture practices.

Ability to operate lawn care equipment and tools effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
