Administrative Assistant
Growing service company is looking for a tech savvy and energetic person for entry level customer service and office administration. This position includes answering phones, speaking with customers and potential customers, addressing customer issues, processing paperwork and making outbound, follow-up calls to customers.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is friendly and has excellent communication and computer skills. Training will be provided on our software. Previous experiences in the home service or green industry is a plus. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and who can help get our business to the next level. Responsibilities and Duties
Taking and resolving inbound calls from customers (high volume)
Making outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Account maintenance and data entry
Processing paperwork from Sales and Service departments
Sending weekly and daily mailings including statements, late notices and confirmation letters

Internet Marketing, Social Media knowledge and video editing is a plus
