Lawn Doctor is looking for full time technicians to start during our busy spring season. We need individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as a lawn care laborers. Our team members are customer-facing brand ambassadors with good character and strong work ethics. They treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform exterior pesticide applications, do mechanic work in the shop, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. It is our goal that employees provide each customer with an excellent experience, helping them improve the health and appearance of their home/lawns. Qualifications:

• clean driving record

• must be able to lift 50+ pounds on regular basis

• self-motivated and strong work ethic

• able to pass Utah Pesticide Applicator License tests

• excellent customer service skills

• willing and able to operate a variety of tools, equipment, and vehicles (including vans and trailers)

• able to work in pairs and as a member of a team

• willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $16.00 /hour
