Lawn Doctor is a well established, locally owned and operated for 20 years, lawn fertilization and pest control company, located in Cresson Texas. We are looking to add a friendly, get-it-done individual to our team. The Routing and Production Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Operations, routes daily technicians, adds produced worked into our system, communicates with customers & technicians in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling of services daily

communicate effectively with technicians the field

sending out automated and manual notifications to customers regarding upcoming service

following systematic approach to ensure customers are serviced in a timely manner

take direction from the Director of Operations

Assist & Collaborate in service annual completion strategies

Generating reports daily, weekly, monthly

Monitoring progress of service completion via tracking software
