SIGN ON BONUS $1,500Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter who is goal-oriented and hard-working. The office moves in many directions in a short period of time. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little to no supervision, make decisions on the fly and work well under stress.This is a remote position. High Speed Internet access is required. A hard wired internet connection is required. A dedicated home office is recommended for this position.Hours are negotiable. This position is 40 hours per week M-F with occasional Saturdays. Hours are flexible although do require a set schedule. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is friendly, has excellent communication and organizational skills along with strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be provided on our software. The following is a representative list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers

Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction

Sells services over the phone

Maintains customer data records

Calls customers to collect on past due accounts
