No experience necessary as paid training is provided. Work outdoors with customers on a set schedule M-F with available Overtime (as an option, 4-10 hour shifts are available as well). Most lawn applications are done with ride-on equipment. Looking to hire immediately.
Salary & Benefits are based upon experience and include:
Starting wage: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE (WSDA license start at higher rate)

Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. A Lawn Care Specialists treat lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, educate customers on cultural practices and offer appropriate new services when needed.

Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors
Ability to operate machinery
Ability to meet production goals
Be able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to work on your feet for the day
Pass a criminal background check
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the lawn care industry is helpful.
