Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn and tree care services to join our team as Lawn/Tree Care Technicians. Our Lawn and Tree Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. They treat lawns and trees with top quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. A current NMDA license is desired but not necessary. A sign-on bonus will be considered if the right individual has a NMDA current license. Actual work experience in the lawn and tree care industry is highly desirable. He or she must:

Have good written and verbal communication skills

Have enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Be in good physical health and be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds or more

Have ability to operate lawn equipment

Have skill to handle mechanical repairs/maintenance of lawn equipment

Be willing to work occasional weekends as needed

Take/Pass NMDA licensing test within 90 days of hire

Be able to pass a drug test
