What we need from you:

Good written and verbal communication skills

Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions

Ability to operate machinery

Ability to meet production goals

Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds repeatedly

Ability to mix and apply pesticides according to label specs

A valid driver's license

21 years old or older

Available full-time, Mon-Fri and an occasional Sat

Available to work early morning hours as needed

Available to work over-time and long hours as needed

Integrity, good work ethic and work history

Your main job duties will include:

Tree Technician

Work on a pruning crew

Spray and fertilize trees and shrubs to residential and commercial properties

Diagnose and treat common tree & shrub problems

Provide exceptional customer service

Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles

Work independently on your own route

Work well on a crew of several employees

You may occasionally be asked to:

Pest Control Technician

Perform Pest Control services for residential and commercial properties

Perform Mosquito Control Applications

Perform Perimeter Pest Control Applications

Provide exceptional customer service

Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles

Work independently on your own route

Lawn Technician

Perform lawn applications to residential and commercial properties

Perform lawn aeration service

Diagnose and treat turf problems

Provide exceptional customer service

Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles

Work independently on your own route

These are full-time positions with potential for bonuses and commissions. We offer a safe, stable work environment. Any related experience is helpful, though we provide thorough training.
