    Lawn Doctor of Little Rock is currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. Our Sales Representatives work with both current customers to add services to maintain and beautify their properties as well as with new leads to convert them to Lawn Doctor Customers.

    The key responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to) developing new business, maintaining favorable relationships with existing customers, increasing territory revenue by selling Custom Care solutions, ensuring that customer’s needs are uncovered and met and resolving customer issues/problems quickly. Ideal candidate must utilize a consultative sales approach, complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion and follow established Lawn Doctor policies/procedures.

    The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. In addition the ideal candidate needs to possess excellent customer service and communication skills and is enthusiastic about working directly with customers, mostly over the phone, email and text. Actual work experience in sales and experience in Lawn Care is desirable but not required.

    Job Requirements

    Develop a knowledge of Lawn Doctor Services to answer questions customers/prospects have

    Willing to learn about Plants, Products, Insects to be a subject matter expert

    Retain Existing Customers at Current Levels/Frequency

    Learn and daily utilize industry specific software-Service Assistant 5

    Cross-Sell Custom Care Solutions

    Consistent Prospecting/Business Development Activities

    Ask for Referrals on a Regular Basis

    Follow-up on Pitched-not-Sold

    “Win Back” Former Customers

    Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills

    Complete Sales Campaigns assigned by Management team

    Contact and follow through with leads provided by Operations Team

    Accurately document and maintain records of Sales using industry specific software (WorkWave SA5), willing to train on software

    Be a team player with coworkers
