What You’ll Do:

Apply high-quality fertilizers & weed control products to residential and commercial turf grass.

Diagnose lawn health issues and determine the best treatment plans.

Operate and maintain professional-grade application equipment.

Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Communicate with clients about their lawn’s health and offer expert recommendations.

Maintain detailed records of services provided.

MUST Have:

High integrity and strong work ethic.

A valid driver’s license and a CLEAN driving record. (This is a must-have.)

Ability to lift and carry equipment, bend, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Nice to Have, but NOT Required

2+ years of direct experience in treating turf grass (residential or commercial) within the last 4 years.

Arkansas State Plant Board Pesticide Applicator's License (or the ability to transfer an out-of-state license).

Strong knowledge of grasses, weeds, fertilizers, and application techniques.

Experience with irrigation or other lawn care services.

Familiarity with proper lawn care practices.

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
