Have you ever thought of starting your own landscape/lawn maintenance company? Would you like an opportunity to be part of growing a company and reaping the rewards, without having to invest your own money? My ultimate goal is to have someone trained so they can eventually take over the business. I am not giving away anything, but someone will have the first opportunity to buy me out, in a few years when I retire. Meanwhile, I am looking for someone to take over most of the responsibility of day to day operations, as I move to partial retirement. This is not an office job. It will involve plenty of office work, but also a lot of labor in the field. You must learn and prove that you are capable of performing all required tasks, if you are to take over as general manager eventually. I will consider applicants for just labor as well as management potential. Design your own compensation plan, which must be achievable and based on profitable results. Anyone hired by June 2025 can qualify for a year end bonus of at least $1,000.
