Qualifications

· 2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience (leadership preferred)

· Valid chauffeur’s license with clean driving and criminal record

· Professional English communication (Spanish a plus)

· Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and communication

· Able to work outdoors and lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

· Lead daily crew operations and track time

· Perform and supervise lawn care tasks (mowing, trimming, clean-up)

· Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment

· Train crew on safety, quality, and procedures
