Lawn Maintenance Crew Member - Leadership Opportunities
R&D Landscape Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Pay: Starting at $18.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Perform commercial and residential lawn maintenance services.
Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment, including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers.
Maintain clean, professional job sites.
Work safely while following company policies and procedures.
Assist crew leaders with daily route completion.
Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
Assist with snow operations during the winter season as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Lawn maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Experience operating commercial lawn equipment is a plus.
Valid Driver's License preferred.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Interest in growing into leadership opportunities is encouraged.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
Ability to regularly lift equipment and materials.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the season.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
