Position Overview

Mulhern Landscape is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This is a full-time outdoor position that involves both lawn maintenance and landscaping responsibilities.

Team members will assist with maintaining residential properties, operating equipment, supporting landscaping projects, and working alongside a crew to complete daily assignments safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn maintenance services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.

Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, digging, and property improvements.

Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and tools.

Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.

Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.

Work closely with crew members to complete daily assignments.

Required Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred.

Experience operating lawn maintenance equipment is a plus.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation and Schedule

$17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Full-time position.

This is a physically active outdoor position that may include standing, walking, lifting, digging, and operating equipment throughout the shift.

Employees are expected to maintain a professional and respectful presence while working on client properties and representing the company.
