Position Description: We seek a skilled and motivated Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader to join our team at Faithworks Total Ground Maintenance, LLC. As a Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader, you will be crucial in overseeing landscape maintenance operations, leading a dedicated crew, and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage a crew of 2-4 employees in landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, pruning, and mulching.

Operate and maintain company equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Order materials and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.

Interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions.

Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative requirements.

Keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Identify opportunities for change orders and ensure their proper processing.

Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.

Uphold company production standards.

Maintain a clean and organized crew truck.

Train and motivate crew members, fostering a positive work environment.

Analyze job cost reports and ensure accuracy.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Work with minimal supervision but seek assistance when needed.

Maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

Meet continuing education requirements (minimum of 10 hours per year).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Valid driver's license and insurable on the company's insurance policy.

Clean criminal record.

Legal documentation for employment eligibility.

Physically able to handle the workload and lift up to 50 pounds.

Being bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written) is desired.

A certified irrigation technician (CIT) is a plus.

Strong customer service skills.

Minimum of two years of landscape maintenance experience.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
