Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.

Drive company vehicles to various job sites safely and efficiently.

Utilize landscaping equipment and tools to ensure high-quality service.

Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs.

Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Assist in the training of new team members when necessary.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.

Knowledge of lawn maintenance best practices and equipment.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
