Position Overview

We are seeking Lawn Maintenance Technicians to join our mowing crews responsible for maintaining residential and commercial lawns throughout the Greater Lansing area.

Technicians work as part of a team completing scheduled mowing routes while ensuring each property meets company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mowing trimming and edging services

Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment

Maintain a professional appearance on customer properties

Assist with seasonal cleanups and landscape maintenance

Load unload and transport equipment

Follow daily route schedules and team leadership direction

Maintain safe and organized work areas

Assist with snow removal during winter months when required

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Ability to perform physically active job duties

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous lawn maintenance or landscaping experience

Experience using commercial mowing equipment

Valid drivers license
