Lawn Care Technician Full Time • Lansing, MI

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

About the Role

Sustain Lawn and Landscape is hiring Lawn Care Technicians to join our mowing crews maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area.

This role focuses on completing scheduled service routes and operating lawn care equipment as part of a team. Experience is helpful but not required, and training is provided.

What You’ll Do

Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of properties.

Operate commercial lawn care equipment.

Follow daily service routes with the crew.

Maintain property appearance and quality standards.

Assist with seasonal cleanups and services.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to perform physical work including lifting, walking, and bending.

Strong attendance and reliability.

Experience with lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the shift.
