🛠 What You’ll Do
Apply top-quality, environmentally responsible lawn care treatments
Aerate and seed lawns to help them thrive
Perform exterior pesticide applications
Operate tools, equipment, vans, and trailers safely
Assist with shop and basic mechanical work
Educate customers and recommend services that fit their needs
Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience
✅ What We’re Looking For
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness and ability to pass Utah Pesticide Applicator License tests
Comfortable working solo, in pairs, and as part of a team
A desire to learn, grow, and improve
