Do you enjoy working outdoors? Sustain Lawn & Landscape is hiring full-time Lawn & Landscape Crew Workers to help with mowing, landscaping, hardscape projects, and snow removal. This role offers year-round steady work in a professional environment.

Key Duties

Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and debris cleanup.

Seasonal work: spring/fall cleanups and winter plowing/shoveling.

Assist with installing landscapes, sod, and garden beds.

Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.

Deliver excellent service and represent Sustain professionally.

Requirements

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs.

Work in hot, cold, and rainy conditions.

Team-oriented, hardworking, and dependable.

Landscaping experience preferred but training provided.
