Landscape / Lawn Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) Prestige Pro Lawn Services, Inc.

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, weekly performance incentives, and opportunities for growth within the company.

As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine lawn and landscape maintenance while maintaining the quality and professionalism our clients expect.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and works well in a team environment. You should take pride in your work and be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with weed control, including chemical applications and manual removal

Perform pruning and trimming of shrubs, hedges, and ground cover

Assist with light plant installations and general landscape enhancements

Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites

Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials into trucks and trailers

Assist in maintaining equipment and reporting any issues

Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled routes

Requirements

Previous experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or a similar field preferred

Ability to operate lawn care equipment (or willingness to learn)

Strong attention to detail and work quality

Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Positive attitude and team player mindset

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
