Overview:

We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team at our facility located in Banning, CA, 92220. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of our products. This position requires basic computer skills, blueprint reading ability, excellent communication skills, experience in a manufacturing environment, a high school diploma or GED, shop math skills, and mechanical assembly skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of products according to blueprints and specifications
• Utilize basic computer skills to input and track production data
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any issues that may arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills for data input and tracking
• Proficient in blueprint reading to ensure accurate assembly
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
