Currently seeking a results driven individual to be hands on Estimator/Project Manager Mitigation/Contents Division. This person will be responsible for receiving, coordinating, supervising and delivering timely completion of new and ongoing mitigation and small reconstruction restoration projects from water, fire, storm and mold damage. Our ideal candidate will possess a professional history highlighted by their hard work ethic, positive attitude and their leadership skills.  Responsibilities: • Taking in new job information  • Coordinating sub-contractors  • Supervising and scheduling staff  • Communicating with all involved parties of job • On-site work and supervision of work in progress  • Delivering accurate accounts of ongoing projects  • Timely completion of all jobs  • Estimating  • Project Management  • Invoicing & Collections  • 24/7 On-Call for emergencies  Qualifications: • Construction experience (restoration experience and certification a plus)  • 2-5 years of crew leader or supervisor experience in a related field (restoration, construction, remodeling)  • Must be good with computers and be open to learning new technology  • Must be willing to get your hands dirty and work on jobs as needed with crew  • Ability to field after hours and weekend emergency calls  • Ability to lift 50lbs  • Some college or Trade School Preferred  Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
