Our construction company is looking for a dedicated crew to handle all field and warehouse tasks. When our staff walks into clients' houses, we want homeowners to open their doors to a friendly, smiling face, and a helping hand. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This is an entry-level position with a lot of room to grow within our company. The crew in this position is responsible for all items/ contents in clients' homes as well as cleaning to get the home ready for reconstruction and cleaning after construction ends so the client can come back to their home. Responsibilities: • Inventory contents • Handle contents with care • Wrapping and unwrapping contents • Boxing contents • Cleaning contents • Loading and unloading contents • Structural cleaning • Covid-19 cleaning • Fill out paperwork • Note dash • Update files • Take lots of pictures throughout the process • Comfortability with technology such as iPads and iPhones Qualifications: • Valid Driver's License • Moving and picking up 50 lbs or more • Be flexible and on time • Ability to travel • Willing to stay out of town for overnight projects • Good communication skills Compensation: $17-$18 hourly
