Responsibilities: Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information Create a successful company-wide recruiting process that will effectively and efficiently attract top talent Process and evaluate all job applications and vet the most qualified candidates for further consideration Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates Qualifications: Must be able to draft and develop compelling, concise job descriptions 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred Candidates must have strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
