The Opportunity We’re currently looking for an experienced family law attorney who is ready to represent our existing client base. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, administrative staff, and senior leadership to move cases forward with care and competence. If you have the ability to handle a diverse caseload, possess stellar research and writing skills, communicate with confidence and empathy, and are comfortable using today’s legal tech tools—we’d love to hear from you. What We’re Looking For • Strong background in family law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple cases while staying organized and responsive • Proficiency with legal research tools and modern law practice technology • Knowledge of cloud-based software is a plus, but not required • A commitment to ethical representation and client-centered advocacy Responsibilities: • Take responsibility for administrative staff relating to client invoicing/billing records, setting up meetings with clients and completing tasks • Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence • Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome • Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks • Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings • Work with lead attorney and assist paralegals and team members in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, and completing client projects timely. Qualifications: • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm environment • Graduation from law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years • Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must • Ability to use Microsoft Office is required • Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Compensation: $90,000 - $135,000 yearly
