Title: Sales Representative (In Office: 1111 6th Ave San Diego, CA 92101)

Description: Our team helps Real Estate agents connect with leads in their local markets. We are a team of 6, currently hiring for sales representative positions for our lead generation offering.

Here's how the process works:

• We run online ads on behalf of our clients (The ads are targeted toward people searching the internet for buying or selling their home).
• The leads are closed by our other sales team and scheduled on our sales representative's calendar for a 45-minute zoom consultation (There is no outbound sales, no cold calling, all appointments are pre-scheduled in the calendar). These are already current paying clients. You are expected to follow up with people that no-show the appointment.
• At the time of the call, jump on the zoom call (we will provide you a Zoom account from which you can log in) and guide the RE agent through our process. At the end of the call sell one of our higher leads packaged and confirm with the agent the next steps.

Requirements:

• Availability: You must be able to take calls from 9-5 (any US time zone) 5 days a week.
• IMPORTANT: This is not a side gig. The earning potential is high if you make this your primary focus. We only hire reps that can commit full-time.
• Coachable: We will provide all the resources necessary from CRM to training and support to ensure your success.
• Strong Work Ethic: This is NOT an easy position. It requires time and energy and the ability to sustain a high call volume (8+ 45 min calls per day). If you have experience in sales, work well in a team, and have a good work ethic the earning potential is beyond $ 100,000 / year

Stats / Expectations:

• 8+ calls day pre-scheduled in the calendar
• 60% show rate
• 60% close rate
• 3-4 New Deal/day

Compensation:

• 20% Commission base on $397 offer ($80/ close) paid on a 2-week payroll cycle
• $2000/mo base
• The base can be negotiated if performance is proven in the first 60 days
• Most agents are making $5-6k/mo with base + commissions starting
• Contractor (1099)
