    Responsibilities/Tasks of Role:

    • Owns the purchase and delivery coordination of field bolts from vendor to jobsite
    • Maintains MTR and LEED documentation across all projects and supplies as needed to external customers
    • Monitor steel mill rolling schedules and on-order material shipment timelines and updates MRP software for accurate inbound delivery tracking
    • Works with suppliers and Logistics Coordinator to resolve delivery problems
    • Coordinate with Production team to ensure timely delivery of appropriate material to meet production schedule at internal and external shops
    • Utilize MRP to determine raw material purchasing needs with consideration for maximizing stock usage and efficiency of material utilization
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in basic computer skills required, Tekla EPM experience preferred
    • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    • Well organized with a strong aptitude for accuracy
    • Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment while also being able to work independently on multiple workstreams
    • Flexibility and adaptability to smoothly transition from one course of action to another with little or no difficulty
    • High school diploma required
    • 1-3 years of procurement experience preferred
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen test and background check
