JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dealer Services Representative is responsible for receiving all communication from dealers. The representative is accountable for correct processing of sales order, documentation and maintaining dealers' records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Processes domestic Sales orders maintaining established processing times.

· Establishes and maintains communication with new and existing domestic dealers, assisting them with order placement, payment, shipping claims, and returns.

· Acts as a liaison between different business units and dealers to coordinate the shipment of the orders maintaining an efficient flow of communication.

· Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

· Minimum of 2+ years experience of Customer Service and/or Sales

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Strong level of verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional level of accuracy and acute attention to detail in all areas of responsibilities

· Strong teamwork ethics

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 7+ hours

· Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery

· Must be able to communicate verbally and written

· Must be able to read from a screen

· Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

HIRING FOR SHIFT: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
