    • Translate business objectives into clear analytical frameworks that align insights with strategic goals.
    • Apply advanced analytics techniques to large, complex datasets to uncover trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.

    Analytics & Measurement

    • Evolve and operationalize measurement frameworks across the full marketing funnel.
    • Interpret experiments such as A/B tests, incrementality studies, and cohort analyses.
    • Evaluate performance across channels and help build investment and optimization strategies.

    Storytelling & Decision Support

    • Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to audiences ranging from working teams to senior leadership.
    • Deliver actionable insights that inform strategy, planning, and decision-making.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations for media planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Build alignment and momentum across a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization.
    • Act as a trusted analytics partner, influencing collaborators through strong communication, credibility, and collaboration.
    • Enable teams to apply insights effectively to drive measurable business impact.

    What you need to succeed

    Experience & Expertise

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or performance analytics, ideally supporting full-funnel programs.
    • Experience in media or agency environments strongly preferred (paid media, performance marketing, or cross-channel measurement).
    • Strong analytical foundation, including trend analysis, opportunity sizing, and experimental development and interpretation.

    Technical & Analytical Skills

    • Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools.
    • Ability to work with large datasets and translate analysis into practical, actionable recommendations.

    Communication & Collaboration

    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
    • Proven experience collaborating across regions, functions, and levels of seniority.
    • Comfortable operating in a matrixed organization and aligning multiple partners.

    Approach & Ways of Working

    • Strategic problem solver who integrates data, customer insights, and business context.
    • Positive relationship builder who works collaboratively toward shared goals.
