About the Role:

We are looking for a Lead Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team at Mt. Juliet Tire Center Goodyear. As a leader in the automotive industry, we are committed to providing top-notch service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diagnose and repair a wide variety of repairs, including but not limited to drivability, brakes, emissions, steering and suspension, electrical, maintenance services, HVAC, starting and charging, and major engine repairs

Communicate effectively with the Service Manager an honest assessment of the needed repairs

Maintain a professional working environment that encourages teamwork among colleagues

Maintain cleanliness of the shop, equipment, and work areas

Attend and participate in store meetings

Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ consecutive years of automotive repair experience

ASE certifications preferred

High productivity and efficiency rate

Experience with various makes and models both domestic and aisan

Familiar with both Mitchell On Demand and Identifix software

Have your own tools including a diagnostic scan tool and a lab scope

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work Mon-Fri 7a-6p

Ability to stand and work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Reliable, punctual, and willing to help others
