1824 Kitchen and Bar, located inside our brand-new hotel in Perry, GA, is seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team. Our restaurant and bar offer fresh, made-from-scratch American fare paired with a lively atmosphere and live entertainment. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent service, craft quality drinks, and deliver a welcoming experience to every guest. Alcohol Server Training Certification is required (i.e., iServeSmart, etc.) Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy. • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide personalized recommendations. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels of the bar. • Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines. • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service for both bar and dining room guests. • Handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Qualifications: • Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a restaurant or hotel setting. • Alcohol Server Training Certification required (must be current and valid in Georgia). • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and mixology techniques. • Excellent communication and guest service skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $9 - $13 hourly
