    POSITION OBJECTIVES: Lead Bartender: We are currently searching for an experienced bartender with Country Club, fine dining and or hotel experience. The ideal candidate brings experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and fresh new ideas. Someone who is comfortable in high pressure situations as well as productive in slower down times. A bartender who is a team player, friendly, courteous, well spoken, creative and attentive to the needs of our membership and guests alike.

    Applicants must be 21 years of age to be considered for this position

    Provides a pleasant drinking experience to members and guests.

    Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.

    Must be T.I.P.S. certified.

    Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.

    Has the ability to create new an innovative flavor profiles for specialty made craft cocktails.

    Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.

    Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and for upcoming large scale events.

    Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with seasonal needs.

    Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.

    Instructs personnel in use of new equipment and cleaning methods and provides efficient and effective methods of maintaining work area.

    Trains new and existing bartenders, Assists with orienting new employees to their work area

    Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

    Must stand and walk for long periods of time

    High school graduate or equivalent, college degree in hospitality or business preferred

    3-5 years experience in a country club, fine dining environment preferred

    Must be able to communicate effectively

    Beneficial to have basic computer/Jonas knowledge

    Must be able to work in a fast paced environment providing courteous service and engaging the guests in conversation
