    Rate: $10/hr plus tips

    Hours: MON-SUN 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM

    *Approx. 4 shifts per week and administrative time, hours will vary depending on shifts

    Responsibilities:

    Assist Beverage Director in the development, implementation, and managing all aspects of the bar service and programs: including signature cocktails, mocktails, and offerings while ensuring exceptional guest experiences

    Follow current bar and beverage trends and assist the Beverage Director with ideas to keep the bar program current and forward thinking.

    Foster a strong bar team culture that promotes open communication, collaboration and mutual support

    Assist the Beverage Director and GM with training and hiring of new staff for the bar program in accordance to the schedule set by the Beverage Director

    Reports customer issues, bar team issues, or inventory issues to Beverage Director regularly

    Manage relationships across all teams, studio manager, general manager, BOH, and FOH staff.

    Uphold cleanliness/ maintenance standards and efficient bartending practices

    Maintain a calm and professional composure at all times both on shift and in meetings with members of the team

    Input information about the weekly bar schedule to the GM, including and assisting in tracking and managing requested time off for bar staff

    Develop and maintain awareness of community events to ensure proper staffing

    Track and maintain pars for bar supplies, submitting requests for restocking to the Beverage Director

    Submit a weekly order for approval to the Beverage Director

    Collaborate with Beverage Director in the development of new and seasonal menu items and features that align with budget

    Overseeing, receiving, and organizing orders weekly to ensure efficient use of space and regular rotation and utilization of product (wine, liquor, and beer)

    Assist in the monthly inventory count for management.

    Requirements:

    -Strong Communication Skills

    -Polite and friendly demeanor

    -1+ years of experience -Supervisory experience within the service industry preferred -Creative and forward thinking with relevant knowledge to current bar trends and industry standards

    -Must be at least 21 years of age

    -Must be RAMP certified or willing to train
