    About Us: Horn Barbecue is a Michelin-recognized premier dining destination known for its dedication to authentic barbecue, exceptional hospitality, and a commitment to quality. We are looking for a passionate and experienced daytime/AM Lead Bartender to serve and head our daytime bar operations and enhance our guests’ experience with outstanding service and a well-crafted beverage program. 30-40 hours per week. Weekends required.

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen understanding of bar supervision, including inventory control, staff supervision, and guest service.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
    • Help hire, train, and supervise bar staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
    • Develop and maintain drink menus, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails.
    • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
    • Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
    • Plan and execute promotional events to drive business and enhance customer experience.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Previous experience in a lead or supervisory bar or similar role in the hospitality industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of beverages, mixology, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting.
    • TIPS or similar alcohol safety certification preferred.
